The Kauffman Foundation just released a comprehensive yet to-the-point white paper on the state of entrepreneurism in the US - On the Road to an Entrepreneurial Economy: A Research and Policy Guide. Many of its points have been recognized by HELP and are part of our objectives to improve the entrepreneurial environment in Pittsburgh.At least we know that Pittsburgh isn't the only place in the country experiencing a lot of these "roadblocks" to entrepreneurial innovation! If you have ANY involvement with entrepreneurial activities, I strongly urge to read this important paper.
